Cancellation/Late Policy

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ THIS SECTION IN IT'S ENTIRETY!

We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled. If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been accepted by us, we will be unable to offer a refund if you change your mind, cancel your class or do not show up for class.

Those who arrive later than 10 minutes past the scheduled class start time will have to reschedule. If you need to change your class date, we are MORE than happy to reschedule your appointment, as long as you call us BEFORE your original class date/time. If you contact us AFTER the scheduled class time, you will forfeit your payment and will have to register/pay again.

Please remember to contact us immediately if you need to re-schedule.

***Please be aware that if your payment has not been received 72 hours (3 days) prior to the class start, your booking will automatically be cancelled. This will allow us to offer the class to other students, who may be on a waiting list***

Please call or e mail us if you need to make a payment the day of your class.


LATE POLICY:

We realize that folks can be running late from time to time, it’s part of life. If you feel that you will be arriving late, give us a call.

We are able to delay our class start time by NO LONGER THAN 10 minutes. If you arrive (or plan to arrive) later than 10 minutes after the class is scheduled to begin, you will need to reschedule your class with us- PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY!

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS TO STUDENTS THAT ARE UNABLE TO ARRIVE TO THEIR SCHEDULED CLASS ON TIME AND DON'T COMMUNICATE THAT WITH US.
