We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled.
If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been accepted by us, we will be unable to offer a refund if you change your mind, cancel or do not show up for your class. We are MORE than happy to reschedule your appointment as long as you contact us before the class date/start time!

***Please be aware that if your payment has not been received 72 hours
(3 days) prior to the class start, your booking will automatically be canceled. This will allow us to offer the class to other students, who may be on a waiting list****

We realize that folks can be running late from time to time, it’s part of life. If you feel that you will be arriving late, give us a call.
We are able to delay our class start time by NO LONGER THAN 10 minutes.
If you arrive (or plan to arrive) later than 10 minutes after the class is scheduled to begin, you will need to re-schedule your class with us.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS TO STUDENTS THAT ARE UNABLE TO ARRIVE TO THEIR SCHEDULED CLASS ON TIME.
