After being in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years, I decided to do a complete 180 by finding my true passion and REALLY being of service to others … I became a Paramedic.
The transition took commitment, dedication, and learning skills that I found were already inherently within me … helping people. As a medical professional who provides care at an advanced life support level, the shift in industries has certainly changed my outlook on things. Yet, the importance of the customer, whether it is serving a patron or saving a patient remains the same … be the best at what you do!
I am confident as a qualified instructor that my past and present experience will enhance your training and certification.

Hello everyone! My name is Krissy. Here is some background about myself… I completed Medical Assistant School at Sanford Brown in Trevose, PA in 2008. From there, I was hired at Cevallos & Moise Pediatrics in April 2008 and was with them for 9 years.
While working I went back to nursing school and got my BSN from Gwynedd Mercy University. I currently work at Lehigh Valley Health Network in the ICU at the Muhlenberg campus.
I am now in the middle of Nurse Practitioner School and am loving it!
I am lucky enough to have years of pediatric background that will help provide my students with real-life information and techniques. I Can’t wait to see you in class!

After serving in the Army for 10 years I went into the medical field and became a physician assistant. I have been practicing for about 10 years now. I practice clinically in the Surgical ICU at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.
I am also adjunct faculty for the PA program at Salus University. I have been teaching BLS, ACLS, and PALS for 10 years now as well, and truly enjoy relating the curriculum to real-world medicine.
Learning should be fun and exciting, and that is what I try to do in my teaching.

Hello, my name is Erica, I recently found the first calling in my life, School Nurse and I love every second of it! Prior to this career move I worked in Orthopedics and in a surgery setting.
It was there I learned the true value of certification courses, like Basic Life Support. I decided, while it is important to know these life saving skills in my profession, it is even more important to teach them to others!
There I found my second calling, teaching! I am so excited to be sharing knowledge and skills with you!
