As an American Heart Association Training Site, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training in CPR and first aid, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for real-world situations. rodney millspaugh

Owner/President/CPR Instructor

Rodney Millspaugh is the founder and driving force behind CMR CPR. With a career rooted in emergency medical services as a nationally registered and certified paramedic, Rodney brings decades of real-world experience to every class he leads. His firsthand knowledge of what it takes to save lives in the field shapes the way CMR CPR trains — practical, focused, and built on skills that work when it matters most. As Chief Instructor, he sets the standard for the entire team and is committed to making life-saving education accessible to everyone.

Certifications:

AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS Instructor, EMT.

tricia cancelliere

Lead Instructor

Tricia Cancelliere brings a unique blend of clinical nursing expertise and educational insight to CMR CPR. As a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and certification as a school nurse, she understands the importance of clear, confident instruction — especially for those learning these skills for the first time. Her background in both healthcare and education makes her a natural fit for the classroom, where she's known for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

BSN, RN, AHA PALS, ECSI CPR/First Aid Instructor

jennifer roesner

Lead Instructor

Jennifer Roesner's specialized background in respiratory therapy gives her an in-depth understanding of airway management and breathing emergencies — core components of any CPR and first aid course. As a Lead Instructor at CMR CPR, she brings clinical precision and a calm, reassuring teaching style that helps students build confidence in their ability to respond to real emergencies.

Respiratory Therapist (RT), AHA PALS, ECSI CPR/First Aid Instructor.

Lead Instructor

Erin McNeeley knows what it's like to be the first person on the scene. As a certified Emergency Medical Technician and Lead Instructor at CMR CPR, she draws on hands-on EMS experience to teach students how to stay composed, act quickly, and deliver effective care under pressure. Her practical, no-nonsense approach to training ensures every student leaves the classroom feeling prepared.

EMT, AHA PALS, ECSI CPR/First Aid Instructor.

Administrative Assistant

Julia Frescatore keeps CMR CPR running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling classes and managing registrations to answering questions and coordinating on-site training logistics, she's the friendly first point of contact for clients and students alike. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that every class is set up for success from start to finish.
